Eligibility & Registration Requirements
The registration form will be available by 5pm on Nov. 5th 2025, for a limited period.
Proof of address (no phone bills) examples are current utility bills or rental agreements, or leases.
School record or ID for each child. If the child is not in school, birth records are acceptable ID.
Fill out the form below completely & accurately. If you need to add more children, use + the slide bar to add more, and use the slide to add school info.
We must receive required documents IMMEDIATELY after submitting your application, or your application will be deleted.
You do not need to send any documents if you received toys from us last year. Only send if there has been a new addition to your family, their ID. We verify.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, as all requests are subject to review and availability. We are limited to 125 families this year. Please ensure all information is accurately filled out for consideration.
The giveaway is December 20, 2025, and your time will be given to you at registration. The location is the FCUSD Learning Center at 10850 Gadsten Way, Rancho Cordova. We will have volunteers directing you on the way to drive-thru.
The Giveaway is a rain or shine event and Santa will be here passing out treats as you drive-thru. The kids are welcome to drive-thru with you to see Santa, and they won't see the toys as the toys are all wrapped.
